Affordable monthly membership plans for families and individuals from $39 to $69 per visit.
All inclusive plans receive all chiropractic adjustments and therapies every visit for a monthly membership price so you can plan for your health needs, even use HSA accounts. Therapies may include: myofascial release, electric muscle stimulation, FDA approved laser therapy, massage therapy, roller table and hot/cold therapy
Receive consistent relief from headaches, neck and shoulder pains, chronic back pains, sciatica, low back, hip & thigh pain, tingling/numbness/pain in arms, hands, legs & feet, heartburn & acid reflux, scoliosis, pregnancy pains, bedwetting, and "tech neck” from phones and computer usage - just to name a few
Receive specialized care and receive more quality time with their doctor
Allows doctors to practice the way they were trained, taking the time to talk with their patients and using their skills to the fullest extent.

Plans for the Chiropractic Club Membership

We’re excited to announce that we are offering a chiropractic club membership to our patients at American River Chiropractic and Winters Chiropractic, with seven distinct levels of affordable membership to maintain optimum health for families and individuals:

First visit $189 : includes consultation, medical history and exam - approximately 1 hour. You will also talk with your doctor on the best fit membership plan to fit what your goals are. Prices below:

Club Membership Family Plans:

Diamond Club $360 monthly, 4 visits a month for up to 2 family members ($45/visit pp)
Emerald Club $220 monthly, 2 visits a month for up to 2 family members ($55/visit pp)
Jade Club $130 monthly, 1 visit a month for up to 2 family members ($65/visit pp)

Club Membership Individual Plans:

Sapphire Club $312 monthly, 8 visits a month ($39/visit pp)
Topaz Club $196 monthly, 4 visits a month ($49/visit pp)
Opal Club, $118 monthly, 2 visits a month ($59/visit pp)
Onyx Club, $69 monthly, 1 visit a month ($69/visit pp)

Chiropractic Club Membership (CCM) prices are subject to a signed monthly agreement for auto debt to receive discounts. Prices subject to change without notice. If not utilizing CCM auto debt at time of service, payments can be made in cash or credit card via Square. All non membership treatments are subject to standard time of service rates. The membership is monthly. If you do not use your monthly appts, they do not carry over to the next month; credit may be given if prior arrangements have been made.

We do not accept health insurance.

We do accept auto insurance med pay, first party insurance and third party insurance for personal injury in automobile, motorcycle and/or pedestrian accidents on a medical lien agreement. Acceptance of your case requires prior approval and a signed medical lien. CCM prices not available for personal injury patients; subject to standard time of service rates.
