As a new patient of Winters Family Chiropractic, we know that your time is valuable and you may have questions before your first appointment with the doctor. In order to speed up the process for our new patients, we can provide the forms for you to print and fill out prior to your appointment. First Visit

We want to make your first visit with Winters Family Chiropractic a healing experience. Once you arrive at the comfortable office, we will start with some paperwork and questionnaires to fill out, if not already filled out prior to appointment.

Comprehensive Case History—After the initial paperwork is finished, you will consult one on one with the doctor and will complete a comprehensive case history. This is the highest and best level of service a doctor can perform for the health of their patients. A clear understanding of the nature and extent of your concerns will aide the doctor in determining appropriate treatment for your condition.

Examination—Your doctor will perform a physical exam that includes neurological and spinal testing. The exam is designed to find the cause of your problem.

X-ray—If deemed medically necessary, x-rays will be required to evaluate the structural and biomechanical status of your spine and/or extremities. Your doctor will discuss the next step if this is necessary.

Treatment—Appropriate treatment will be performed

Second Visit

This second visit is your Report of Findings. Your doctor will explain all the exams that were performed, answer any questions and review x-rays (if any were required). Then the doctor will review with you a specialized recommended treatment plan and the cost - to help you reach and maintain your health goals. Together we will help you feel and look your best for years to come.
